The sublimation transfers are ready to heat press. We use high-quality sublimation printer paper and inks. 

TRANSFER SIZE: 

-20oz straight tumbler

you will receive a 9.25 x 8-inch sublimation transfer that is ready to press onto a 20-ounce skinny tumbler. This is for the straight style, NOT tapered!

-ensure your tumbler size will work with this size print as we do not offer another size nor will we accept any returns, exchanges, nor refund for made to order prints and you have been provided with the dimensions we offer these prints in. 

The transfer must be used on a tumbler that is sold specifically for dye sublimation.

-please ensure that the physical tumbler you have will be suitable for this size transfer, as all tumblers differ in their measurements even if they are 20oz.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product, there will be no returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please message within 5 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to look over the prints before pressing. We will not consider any issues with your order if you do not contact us within the 5-day window from when the tracking number shows your order was delivered. sizing is not a valid "issue" as we have disclosed what size print we offer.
