Refund policy

We will NOT accept any type of returns, exchanges, or credit for made-to-transfers. If there is an error that was caused at our fault, we then will gladly replace and/or offer you store credit for the transfer but we do NOT accept refunds for transfers. 

We provide the shipping protection service via Route; if your item(s) are damaged in transit, we will do our best to assist you to file a claim. If you opt-out of the route protection, you will not be provided an accepted return, exchange nor refund.
